Technical Size Guide

Note: For high-performance running, we recommend a "thumbnail's width" of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe to account for foot swelling during long runs.

How to Measure Your Feet at Home

To get the most accurate fit, follow these three steps:

  • The Paper Test: Place a piece of paper on a hard floor against a wall. Step on it with your heel touching the wall.
  • Mark the Tip: Use a pencil to mark the longest part of your foot (your “Great Toe” or second toe) on the paper.
  • Measure: Use a ruler to measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the mark in centimeters (CM). Match this to the table above.

Pro Tip: Measure your feet in the afternoon or evening, as feet naturally swell throughout the day.
